March 15th – Initial Tryout, 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at The Agnes Irwin School
Tryouts will be held from 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. Roster will be announced via email by or before March 22nd. If you make the NT Philly Freshman Team, then you will need to pay an estimated $250 for uniforms and tournament fees. This payment link will be sent via email with your tryout notification/status.
Drop out (non-injury or family emergency) policy: Any player dropping out after the selection process is complete will not be eligible for any PASLA or US Lacrosse Honors (the exception is a season ending injury or family emergency).
Refund/Injury policy:
- Before tryouts: Any players unable to compete in tryouts (due to injury, illness, or family emergency) after having registered will receive a partial refund (CC/processing fee taken out). No tryout refunds will be given after March 1st.
- After tryouts before May 1st: Any players who are unable to compete in National Tournament after tryouts due to an injury or act of God will receive a refund of $100
- After May 1st: No team registration refunds will be given for any reason.
National Tournament will be held in at Rochester, NY over Memorial Day weekend in conjunction with the DII/DIII National Championship. You must provide your own transportation and housing for the weekend.
For 2026, players trying out must be in 9th grade. 10th, 11th and 12th grade players may not try out.

All players must also register online at USL for the college coaches recruiting data base. All players must be members of US Lacrosse by March 1, 2026 prior to trying out and must provide proof of membership (#) on registration . To become a US Lacrosse member simply go online to https://www.usalacrosse.com/ . Memberships must be current through the date of the National Tournament (end of May 2026). New members may send the confirmation letter from US Lacrosse.
